Each engine undergoes teardown, cleaning, inspection, and precision machining to OEM tolerances. New pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, and seals installed; updated components address known wear areas. Pressure and leak tested, then SIM-tested for horsepower, torque, and smooth performance. Ships as a long block assembly with finishing gasket set and new oil pump.
