TR134 - Tie Rod End

The Apex Chassis TR134 is a heavy-duty outer tie rod end designed for front outer suspension applications. It is built with SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing and SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly ball studs for superior strength and durability. The tie rod end features induction heat-treated ball studs with rolled threads for smooth hardware movement and strengthened threads, along with step threads for secure holding. It also includes CR rubber boots to resist deterioration from environmental factors and fluids, and Grade 8 - Class 10.9 hardware with a castle nut. The design incorporates a pre-threaded zerk housing for greaseable lubrication, with Gull Winged grease grooves for improved disbursement and included zerk fittings.
