Description

Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are rebuilt using a 3-step inspection process, including pre-inspection for case cracks, excessive wear, and OEM problems, measurement of components to OEM specifications, and ensuring units meet quality standards. Shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers are tested to OEM specs. Seals are replaced, and units are dyno-tested for operation, shiftability, and noise. An exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and shot-enticed deep cleaning are performed on internal and external parts.
