Track Engine Oil Cooler Kit

The Jackson Racing Track Engine Oil Cooler Kit is an essential upgrade for any GR86 or BRZ intended for track use or operating in high-temperature climates. The stock heat exchanger is insufficient for the demands of the high-compression FA24 engine during spirited driving, leading to dangerous oil temperature spikes, accelerated oil breakdown, and reduced performance. This kit directly addresses those limitations. The system includes a championship-proven Setrab 15-row oil cooler with an internal turbulator design for enhanced cooling capability, factory pressure tested to 10 bar. It is paired with a Jackson Racing thermostatically controlled oil cooler adapter, featuring four M22 ports with two -10AN fittings and an optional 1/8” NPT sensor port plug. The kit also incorporates pre-assembled -10AN oil cooler lines with Aeroquip OE quality hose and Oetiker clamped ends, along with a custom-designed Jackson Racing bracket that mounts using factory locations, eliminating the need for drilling or cutting. Optional shrouds are available to duct air more effectively across the Setrab core, further increasing oil cooling efficiency. This oil cooler kit is compatible with 2022+ GR86 and BRZ models, and is also backwards compatible with 2013-2021 FRS/GT86/BRZ vehicles.
