The Trick Flow® Track Max® Harmonic Damper (TFS-19007) is engineered to provide reliable performance for Ford 5.0L engines that are externally balanced with a 50 oz. imbalance. This SFI 18.1-rated damper is constructed from durable carbon steel with an injection-molded and bonded elastomer insert, ensuring longevity and effective vibration dampening. Featuring engraved timing marks ranging from 40 BTDC to 0 TDC, this harmonic balancer allows for precise ignition timing adjustments. The exterior is finished in a corrosion-resistant black paint, offering both a clean aesthetic and protection against the elements. With an outside diameter of 6.610 inches, it features three or four crankshaft pulley bolt holes and a single keyway for secure installation. This harmonic damper includes a bolt-on counterweight that can be removed to accommodate different engine balance applications, offering versatility for various engine builds. Please note that mounting hardware is not included with this damper. It is specifically designed for Ford 5.0L V8 engines from 1981 and later, and is compatible with internally balanced engines if the bolt-in counterweight is removed. Applications also include 1982-1995 Mustang 5.0L engines, and some Mercury models like the Colony Park LS from 1987 onwards. Additional spacer kits may be required for optimal fitment with certain 5.0L configurations.
