The LighTech FTRAP007 represents an advanced rearset solution engineered for Aprilia motorcycles, specifically the RS 660 and Tuono 660 models from 2020-2025. Crafted using LighTech's proprietary Track-System technology, these rearsets are machined from high-grade billet Aluminium 7075-T6, chosen for its suitability in demanding applications. The main support structure is a robust, one-piece engineered component machined from billet monoblock aluminum 7075. This monoblock construction contributes to enhanced resistance, superior strength, improved aesthetics, and a more refined riding experience. All plates, levers, and supports are produced using LighTech's state-of-the-art CNC facility, ensuring precision and quality. Notably, these updated rearsets accommodate the original switch stop, eliminating the need for a previously required hydraulic switch stop for street use. LighTech has also refined the adjustment system, making it simpler and more intuitive to use. LighTech rearsets are renowned for their use in professional racing, including by winning teams in World Superbike. LighTech also ensures the availability of all spare parts, allowing for the restoration of the rearsets in the event of damage or loss of components.
