The Wehrli Custom Fabrication 68" Traction Bar Kit eliminates axle wrap and improves traction for lifted and high-horsepower applications. Constructed from 2" x .120" wall DOM tubing and 1/4" laser-cut, CNC-formed, gusseted, and fully TIG-welded brackets, it features an adjustable 3/4" rod end (RockJock rebuildable and greasable “Johnny Joint” heim connection) at the front and a shackle in the rear, allowing full suspension travel without binding and easy pinion angle adjustment. It includes greasable and serviceable poly bushings at the axle connection, Grade 8 hardware, frame-side weld-on mounts, and axle-side bolt-on mounts. Standard with epoxy primer base coat and customizable color options. Bolt-on design requires drilling two holes per side in the frame. Installation time is 2-4 hours.
