The Longhorn Fab 201032-86 traction bars address the common wheel hop problem in 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins Long Bed trucks, even those with stock power levels. Wheel hop can lead to costly drivetrain damage, including broken driveshafts, pinion yokes, and u-joints, while also preventing effective traction. These traction bars provide a cost-effective solution, suitable for both daily drivers and competitive pulling or racing. Constructed with massive 2-inch steel bars and all Grade 8 hardware, these traction bars are built for heavy-duty use. The frame mounts bolt on and include special backing plates for boxed frame areas. Brackets are laser cut and CNC bent for precise fitment, and the turnbuckle design allows for easy alignment of heim joints and brackets. Adjustment of suspension pre-loading can be done without removing the bars. This specific model features Standard Grade Rod Ends, which are a forged, economy-grade option that requires lubrication.
