The Trail Tech kickstand is a custom-designed motorcycle kickstand built for strength and functional purpose. This kickstand features hardened steel bushings for enhanced durability compared to the softer aluminum used in stock stands, preventing wear and a loose pivot feel. It also includes a larger footpad for better ground contact and a redesigned arm with cutouts to reduce weight while maintaining strength.

For over 15 years, Trail Tech has set the standard for durable, purposeful kickstands. Constructed with hardened steel bushings, this kickstand offers superior longevity over OEM stands that often use softer aluminum. These steel bushings prevent the wear and sloppiness that can develop in the pivot area over time, ensuring consistent performance. The design also incorporates a new, larger footpad to provide a more stable base and improved contact with the ground, crucial for off-road stability. Additionally, functional cutouts in the kickstand arm reduce overall weight without sacrificing structural integrity. The kickstand features an improved satin black finish that enhances the overall appearance of your motorcycle, offering a clean, factory look. They are typically slightly longer than stock kickstands and feature a wide-based foot, making them ideal for trail riding conditions. This Trail Tech kickstand (5401-00) is specifically designed to fit the Kawasaki KX250F models from 2006-2008 and KX450F models from 2007-2008. It also fits the Kawasaki KLX450R models from 2008-2010.
