This Curt Class 1 Trailer Hitch (MPN 11160) features a 1-1/4" receiver and is custom-engineered for specific Mini Cooper models. It boasts a 2,000 lbs. gross trailer weight capacity and a 200 lbs. tongue weight capacity. The design includes a concealed main body for an OE look and seamless vehicle integration. It is tested for safety in accordance with SAE J684 and constructed from high-strength steel with precise welding, protected by a co-cured finish of liquid A-coat and durable black powder coat for superior rust, chip, and UV resistance. This converter features a potted enclosure for enhanced water and vibration resistance, SMT circuitry for improved performance and durability, and a microcontroller to protect against overloads and short circuits. It allows for low-voltage operation and comes with color-coded wires, a wiring guide, and snap locks for a convenient connection.
