Description

The Grote 82-2145 is a 7-way trailer socket designed to meet and exceed SAE J560 specifications. Constructed with a durable nylon housing, it offers superior corrosion resistance and features solid brass pin terminals for optimal conductivity. The socket includes circuit identification on the back for easy reference and plated-steel cable guards to prevent chafing.

This socket is designed to accept 16-10 gauge wires, with a specific allowance for an 8-gauge ground wire. It is built with enclosed, solid pin terminals and features 2 1/2" mounting holes for convenient installation.
