The Zumbrota Drivetrain NTC798 is a new, fully rebuilt transfer case specifically engineered for the 2014-2015 Jeep Cherokee models equipped with the two-speed Option Code DK4. This unit is meticulously inspected and tested by expert craftsmen to ensure unparalleled quality and driving confidence. Critical components are examined for signs of wear such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. Zumbrota Drivetrain utilizes an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. Every rebuilt unit includes the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Finished units are then thoroughly spun tested to verify shift-ability and noise levels before being shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage.
