The Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC3023J-1M is a remanufactured transfer case designed for Jeep Grand Cherokee models from 2011-2013. This unit, also known as MP3023, comes complete with the electric shift motor and position sensor.

Zumbrota Drivetrain rebuilds transfer cases to high standards, ensuring quality through thorough inspection and testing of internal components for wear. They employ a Hydro-blast rinse and proprietary cleaning process on all parts. The rebuilding process includes the replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. Each finished unit is spin-tested for shift-ability and noise, and then shipped in protective totes to prevent transit damage.

The Zumbrota RTC3023J-1M is a remanufactured MP3023 transfer case specifically designed for 2011-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee models. This unit includes the electric shift motor and position sensor, ensuring a complete replacement solution. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes quality in their remanufacturing process, meticulously inspecting cases and internal components for any signs of wear such as cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, and chain stretch. They utilize an exclusive Hydro-blast rinse and blasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process to restore parts to their original OEM finish. The rebuilding process involves a 100% replacement of all seals, bearings, and viscous couplers (when applicable), along with other common wear components. Each remanufactured transfer case undergoes rigorous spin testing to verify shift-ability and check for noise. The housing is constructed from aluminum, and the unit has a fluid capacity of 2 quarts, requiring ATF +4 type transfer case fluid, which is not included.
