The USA Standard Gear ZTBK205GDM4 is a comprehensive bearing and seal overhaul kit engineered to facilitate the rebuild of New Process 205 transfer cases. This kit contains all the essential components, including bearings, seals, and gaskets, to ensure a thorough and efficient repair process. Constructed with a cast iron case, this kit is built for durability and long-lasting performance. Key specifications for this kit include an input bearing with a 90 mm OD (3.54 inches) and a front output rear bearing with a 1.75-inch ID. The kit also includes a bearing gasket and seal kit for a complete overhaul. This bearing and seal kit is compatible with a range of GM vehicles from 1970 to 1986, specifically those featuring the NP205 transfer case and TH400 or SM465 transmissions.
