The USA Standard Gear ZTBK430 is a comprehensive transfer case bearing and seal overhaul kit engineered for the NP233 (New Process) transfer case. This kit provides all the essential components to restore your transfer case's internal integrity, including input bearings with a precise 0.937" width, along with a complete set of gaskets and seals. It is compatible with the Dodge Dakota from 2001 to 2007, the Dodge Durango from 2001 to 2003, and the Mitsubishi Raider from 2006 to 2007. These applications utilize the NP233 transfer case, ensuring a proper and effective repair. While this kit is intended for the 2001-2007 model years, it is noted that it can be used for 2008-2011 NP233 transfer cases. However, the front output seal included in the ZTBK430 kit is incorrect for these later models, and the correct seal is no longer available. Therefore, it is crucial for users with 2008-2011 models to source the correct front output seal separately if they intend to use this kit.
