The Transit Auto K8F-100139 front disc brake kit provides a comprehensive solution for enhancing braking performance on select heavy-duty vehicles. This kit includes PowerGrip™ Semi-Metallic brake pads, engineered with an exclusive formula that delivers unmatched braking power. They offer superior friction, extreme temperature tolerance, and an aggressive initial bite while maintaining low dust and noise levels. The accompanying rotors are manufactured using carbon-enhanced XCast™ (G3000) iron castings, a material chosen for its optimal wear resistance, tensile strength, and steel hardness, ensuring consistent and reliable braking performance. The rotors are 100% Precision Spin and Mill-Balanced, guaranteeing smoother stopping and eliminating vibration at any speed. The rotors also feature a High Carbon SteelRX™ alloy, known for its pressure resistance and thermal conductivity, and are dipped in an Anti-Rust Black Paint for improved durability.
