TransLab Valve Body Kit

The Superior STL-HO5-388 is a TransLab valve body upgrade kit specifically designed for 5-speed, 6-cylinder Honda and Acura transmissions. This kit aims to resolve a variety of common transmission complaints, including lockup codes, clutch burnout, torque converter slip/shudder in third gear, and lockup clutch drag at idle. It also addresses issues like long or delayed reverse to drive engagement when hot, light to mid-throttle 1-2 shudder, 1-2 slide bump, and erratic, slip, or bump shifts. The kit features no-stick CPC valves with no-leak plugs and recalibrated springs, along with a state-of-the-art TransLab engineered SURE-Cool Pressure Regulator system. This system provides dual pressure regulation with a single function extended range. Additionally, the kit includes a special R-D orifice plug and accumulator re-calibration parts, all accompanied by easy-to-follow instructions.
