The Sachs K0465-01 is a transmission clutch kit engineered to meet strict OE standards, ensuring compatibility and performance matching the original equipment. It utilizes a diaphragm-type clutch cover design, which features eighteen fingers around the inside of the pressure plate for consistent engagement. Each kit is precision-manufactured for durability and to provide smooth clutch operation across various driving conditions. Technically, this kit is designed for a 1-1/16 inch (27mm) input shaft and utilizes a 10-spline hub configuration. Compatibility for this part includes select vehicles such as 1966-1977 Ford F100 models and 1969-1973 Ford Mustang models. Installation of this clutch kit should be performed by a professional to ensure all components are properly seated and torqued to manufacturer specifications.
