Transmission Crossmember

The G-Force RCC10-3 is a transmission crossmember engineered as a direct replacement for 1973-1987 C10 2WD vehicles. Its unique design accommodates a variety of transmissions, from common TH350, Powerglide, and T5 to heavy-duty options like the 4L80E, 6L80E, and 10L90E, though some large or heavy-duty transmissions may require slight modifications such as repositioning or drilling additional mounting holes. The RCC10-3 also allows for dual exhaust systems to be routed underneath, facilitating easier header connections. Included with the crossmember is the GF-GMATM Transmission Mount, ensuring a proper fit for compatible transmissions. The product features a durable black powder-coated finish for enhanced longevity. Mounting hardware is included, simplifying the installation process. However, to utilize the provided 7/16″ hardware, it will be necessary to enlarge the existing frame rail holes to 1/2″. If using stock 3/8″ hardware, using new Grade #8 fasteners is strongly recommended for optimal security. This crossmember is specifically designed for 2WD C10 models from 1973 to 1987 and will not work on 4WD vehicles.
