Overview
This crossmember is compatible with 6L80E and 6L90E slip yoke transmissions. It also accommodates TH400 or 2004R transmissions if the vehicle is OEM equipped with a TH400 or has two sets of trans-crossmember mounting brackets on each frame rail. The GF-GMA™ Transmission Mount is included for proper fitment with these transmissions. The frame mounting holes on 1969-1970 frames are 54 inches apart, and users should measure their frame to ensure proper selection. It is noted that 1969-1970 B-Body vehicles must have the OEM factory two sets of crossmember mounting angles on each frame rail, utilizing the rearward set.
