Alternatively, using new Grade #8 fasteners of the stock 3/8″ size is recommended if frame modification is not desired. It is crucial for buyers to measure the distance between their frame mounting holes, as the 1970-1974 F-Body frames typically have a 30-1/2″ spacing.
