The GForce RCF2L-6L80 transmission crossmember is engineered for 1975-1981 GM F-Body models (Camaro, Trans Am, Firebird) and 1975-1979 X-Body models (Nova, Ventura, Omega, Apollo, Skylark, Phoenix). This crossmember is specifically designed to accommodate 6L80E and 6L90E slip yoke transmissions. To ensure proper fitment with these transmissions, a GMTM Transmission Mount and GF-GMTM-SP Shims are included with this product. For the 1975-1981 frames, the distance between the crossmember frame mounting holes is 31-3/4 inches; it is crucial to measure your frame before ordering to guarantee correct selection. The crossmember features a durable black powder-coated finish and comes with all necessary mounting hardware for installation.
