The G Force RCAE-T56 is a transmission crossmember engineered for 1968-1972 GM A-Body hardtop vehicles, including models such as the Chevelle, Malibu, Monte Carlo, GS, Skylark, 442, Cutlass, F85, Grand Prix, GTO, LeMans, Tempest, Special, Sport Wagon, and Vista Cruiser. This crossmember is specifically designed to fit T-56, T56 MAGNUM, T56 MAGNUM XL, and TR6060 transmissions. To ensure proper fitment and support for these transmissions, a GF-GMATM Transmission Mount is included with this kit. The crossmember features a durable black powder-coated finish and comes with all required mounting hardware for installation. Careful consideration is given to fitment: this crossmember is for 1968-1972 Hardtops only. It will not fit convertible models or El Caminos equipped with boxed frames. The distance between the frame mounting holes is 53-5/8 inches, and it is recommended to measure your vehicle's frame before ordering to ensure correct selection.
