The GForce RCC-10-2 is a black powder-coated transmission crossmember engineered for 1967-1972 GM C-Series Pickup 2WD models. This crossmember is designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for most transmission applications, fitting into the factory crossmember holes on the lower frame rail. Its primary benefit is accommodating a dual exhaust system routed under the crossmember, facilitating easier header connection and keeping the exhaust above the frame rails, making it suitable for both stock and lowered trucks. It is compatible with a wide range of transmissions including 700R4, 4L60, 4L60E, 4L65E, 2004R, TH400, Powerglide, TH350, 4L80E, 6L80E, Muncie, T10, TKO, TKX, OEM T56, T56, T-56 Magnum, T-56XL, Magnum XL, TR6060, and 2WD-AR5. Modifications may be required for some Muncie applications to ensure shifter linkage clearance, and larger transmissions like the 4L80E may require slight modifications or repositioning and additional drilling. This crossmember is explicitly stated as not compatible with 4WD vehicles. Mounting hardware is included, and the crossmember features a black powder-coated finish for durability and aesthetics. Its design is performance-engineered, aiming for strength and durability, and it is compatible with LS swaps.
