Overview

The GForce RCS-10B-350 is a replacement transmission crossmember designed for 1982-2005 2WD S10 Blazers and S15 Jimmys. It aligns with TH350, TH200, TH250, Muncie, T10, Super T10, Powerglide, and Saginaw transmissions. This crossmember allows for a dual exhaust system to be routed underneath, facilitating easier header connections and keeping the exhaust above the frame rails.

The GForce RCS-10B-350 is a direct-fit replacement transmission crossmember engineered for 1982-2005 2WD S10 Blazers and S15 Jimmys. Designed to accommodate a variety of manual and automatic transmissions including TH350, TH200, TH250, Muncie, T10, Super T10, Powerglide, and Saginaw, this crossmember facilitates the routing of dual exhaust systems beneath it. This design allows for improved header connection accessibility and ensures the exhaust remains safely above the vehicle's frame rails. This crossmember is compatible with 2WD S10 Blazers featuring a horizontal frame shelf on each side. It is crucial to verify your chassis configuration against the product image, as this crossmember is exclusively for RWD applications. It will not work if your vehicle has a crossmember mounting pattern through the side of the frame rail; in such cases, the RCS10 model is recommended. The product boasts a durable black powder-coated finish for enhanced longevity and includes all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. The center tube features a 1/2″ drain slot on the bottom and passenger side, and should be installed with the exhaust clearance humps closed on top and open on the bottom. Installation may require enlarging frame rail holes to 1/2″ for the provided 7/16″ hardware, or using new Grade #8 fasteners if retaining the stock 3/8″ hardware.
