The G Force RCG-8L90K is a transmission crossmember designed for 1978-1983 GM G-Body models. It is compatible with 8L90E Slip Yoke, 10L80E, and 10L90E transmissions.

This crossmember includes the GF-GMATM Transmission Mount and GF-8L90-A transmission mount adapter, as well as the FE-100 Frame Extension, to ensure proper fitment with the specified transmissions. It features a black powder-coated finish and comes with included mounting hardware.

The G Force RCG-8L90K transmission crossmember is specifically engineered for 1978-1983 GM G-Body vehicles, including models such as Malibu, Monte Carlo, El Camino, Cutlass, Grand Prix, Regal, Century, LeMans, and Caballero. It provides a direct fit for 8L90E Slip Yoke, 10L80E, and 10L90E transmissions, offering a robust solution for drivetrain support. This crossmember package includes essential components for a complete installation. The GF-GMATM Transmission Mount and the GF-8L90-A transmission mount adapter are provided to accommodate the tailshaft housings of the 8L90E and 10L90E transmissions. Additionally, the FE-100 Frame Extension is included to ensure proper integration with the vehicle's frame. Constructed for durability, the RCG-8L90K features a black powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. Mounting hardware is included, simplifying the installation process. For optimal fitment, it is necessary to enlarge the holes in the vehicle's frame rails to 1/2″ to accommodate the provided 7/16″ hardware. Alternatively, if using stock 3/8″ hardware, using new Grade #8 fasteners is strongly recommended. G Force emphasizes ease of installation and performance engineering in their products.
