The PPE Transmission Fluid Thermal Bypass Valve is a direct-fit component for the GM 10L80 10-speed transmission. It is constructed from billet aluminum and features a service plug with a Neodymium magnet and O-ring seal.

This easy-to-install valve is made from durable billet aluminum and offers a direct fit with the OEM 10L80 10-speed transmission and its fluid lines. It replaces the restrictive factory valve, which can cause dangerous overheating if it fails in the closed position, especially under demanding conditions like towing or stop-and-go traffic. For enhanced protection, this valve includes a service plug equipped with a Neodymium magnet to trap ferrous debris. This plug is removable, allowing for easy access to remove particles from the system, a feature not found on the factory bypass valve. This bypass valve is specifically designed for 2019-2024 GM 3.0L models equipped with the 10L80 transmission. It is also compatible with 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 3.0L Duramax, and 2020-2026 GM 3.0L Duramax LM2/LZ0 with the 10L80 transmission.
