The BF Gears K SERIES 1-4 DOG BOX is a high-performance transmission gear set engineered for racing applications. It features straight-cut gears and replaceable dog rings, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The extra spline length accommodates the use of triple-disc clutches, making it suitable for high-power setups. Available ratios include options for all-motor and forced-induction applications, such as 2.8/1.9/1.5/1.15 (all motor), 2.73/1.87/1.4/1.10 (outlaw all motor), 2.8/1.9/1.29/1.0 (turbo 1), and 2.6/1.6/1.16/.89 (turbo 2). Installation requires shaving the reverse fork to clear the first gear. Due to the critical nature of dog box alignment, BF Gears requires assembly to be checked in a window case. This simulates a locked-in top bearing and ensures the gear set engages fully and smoothly, preventing potential damage during installation.
