The Ireland Engineering HD Rubber Transmission Mounts are designed as a stiffer-than-stock replacement for your BMW E30, E36, or Z3. These mounts provide a firmer feel for improved performance without sacrificing all street comfort. Featuring 10mm studs, these mounts may require minor drilling of the transmission crossmember for installation. The recommended torque specification for these rubber transmission mounts is 22 ft/lbs; over-tightening can lead to damage. These transmission mounts are compatible with manual transmission equipped: * 1984-1992 E30 3-Series (325e/es/i/is/ic, 325es, 325i, 325is, 325ic) * 1992-1998 E36 3-Series (318i/is/ti/ic, 323is/ic, 325i/is/ic, 328i/is/ic, M3) * 1997-2002 Z3 (2.3/2.5i/2.8/3.0i, M Roadster, M Coupe)
