Transmission Mount Insert

The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Transmission Mount Insert is engineered to address excessive transmission movement caused by the large void in the factory mount, a common issue observed during acceleration, deceleration, and shifting in compatible Audi vehicles. By filling this void, the insert significantly reduces drivetrain slop, leading to a more direct and responsive feel. Constructed from T6-6061 billet aluminum and CNC-machined in-house, it features a clear anodized finish for enhanced durability. Installation is straightforward and reversible, typically taking only minutes. The kit includes the billet aluminum insert, new Grade 12.9 installation hardware (replacing OE one-time-use torque-to-yield bolts), and Blue Loctite. This insert is compatible with 7-Speed S-tronic, 8-Speed Tiptronic, and 6-Speed Manual Transmissions. The product has been extensively tested on 034Motorsport's B9 Audi A4 development vehicle and by independent Audi enthusiasts.
