The ZEGG Motorsports ZEGG-6 is a full service kit for ZF6HP19/21 transmissions. It includes a fully cast aluminum transmission pan, a non-proprietary filter, an OEM gasket, a drain bolt, all mounting hardware, and two rare earth magnets.

Testing showed the ZEGG pan increased transmission temperature by 17°F per 10 minutes, compared to the OEM pan's 28°F increase, and maintained a lower average temperature.

The ZEGG Motorsports ZEGG-6 Full Service Kit is designed to enhance the performance and longevity of ZF6HP19/21 automatic transmissions. This comprehensive kit replaces the stock, shallow plastic transmission pan with a robust, fully cast aluminum ZEGG-6 pan. The aluminum construction offers superior heat dissipation compared to the OEM plastic pan, directly combating the heat-related issues that can lead to transmission failure, especially in high-performance applications. Each ZEGG-6 kit is a complete solution, including a non-proprietary transmission pan filter, an OEM transmission pan gasket, a drain bolt, all necessary mounting hardware, and two rare earth magnets to help capture metallic debris. The pan itself is engineered with improved fluid capacity and a lower specific heat capacity, resulting in faster cooling times and reduced temperature fluctuations. Testing indicates that the ZEGG pan increases transmission fluid temperature by approximately 17°F every 10 minutes under similar conditions, significantly outperforming the OEM pan's 28°F increase and maintaining a lower average temperature throughout operation. The kit requires additional automatic transmission fluid, with recommended fluid available separately, and basic mechanic tools for installation.
