Transmission Skid Plate with Cat Guards

The Skid Row Transmission Skid Plate with Cat Guards provides robust protection for your 1999-2006 Toyota Tundra. This system includes the TA-1002 Transmission Skid Plate and TA-1007 Cat Guards, crafted from a combination of 1/8-inch and 3/16-inch thick steel. The components are laser-cut and CNC-formed for precise fitment and finished with a durable Semi-Gloss Black powder coat over a zinc primer for superior corrosion resistance. This setup aims to increase the time required for a thief to access and remove the converters, thereby deterring the act. The skid plate itself is made from 3/16-inch thick steel, while the guards are 1/8-inch thick, offering substantial protection against both theft and underbody damage from road debris. Installation requires drilling two holes. All Grade 5 zinc-plated hardware is included. Skid Row Offroad offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on this product. Please note that this skid plate is designed for V8, 4WD, and 2WD models. It will NOT fit trucks with the V6 engine. Additionally, these catalytic converter guards are incompatible with long tube, aftermarket headers.
