The Sonnax 46-47RHE-ZIP is a specialized transmission Zip Kit engineered to resolve prevalent issues by sealing critical pressure losses within the valve bodies of 46RE, 46RH, 47RE, and 47RH transmissions. This kit features uniquely designed components aimed at preventing pressure loss across the main line, converter, and throttle circuits, ensuring improved transmission performance and longevity. A comprehensive, single-sheet quick guide is included to facilitate a rapid and effective repair, getting your vehicle back on the road quickly. Beyond the immediate repair, the kit includes a detailed technical booklet offering general rebuilding tips, vacuum testing procedures, and additional repair strategies for higher mileage units or specific, more complex complaints that fall outside the scope of the Zip Kit itself. The Sonnax Zip Kit 46-47RHE-ZIP contains a variety of essential components for comprehensive reconditioning, including a Line Pressure Plug & Sleeve Kit, 4-Spool Switch Valve, Manual Valve, Line-to-Lube Pressure Regulator Valve, Throttle Valve Kit, Boost Valve Spring Retainer, 3-4 Accumulator Spring, 4th Accumulator Piston, Seals, Checkballs, Turbine Shaft Seals, Output Pilot Bushing, Intermediate Shaft Pilot & End Plug Kit, and Endplay Shims. While most components in this kit will also service 48RE units, the line pressure plug and sleeve kit and endplay shims are specifically NOT compatible with the 48RE.
