This conversion kit adapts a Dodge NV4500 4x4 29-spline output transmission to a 1966-1977 Ford Bronco with a Ford small block (289, 302, or 351W V8) and Dana 20 transfer case. The kit includes the NV4500 4x4 29 spline output shaft, lock washer kit, and full spline for 5th gear. Also includes: Dana 20 Transfer Case Adapter, Ford SBF V8 Bell Housing Adapter, Transfer Case Linkage, Cross Member & Mount, Transmission Tunnel Cover, Bell Housing Adapter Plate, Clutch Disc, Shift Handle with Knob, and Transmission & Transfer Case Boots. Designed for Dodge Standard Duty NV4500 transmissions and requires a stock Ford bellhousing with a 4.848" index diameter. Requires a clutch disc with a 1-1/8" 10 spline count (stock Ford is 1-1/16" 10 spline). Transmission, transfer case & bell housing sold separately.
