TRDS-R Front Fork Cartridge

The K-Tech TRDS-R Fork Cartridge is a cutting-edge front fork internal suspension system, engineered with technology utilized by top-tier motorcycle racers. Its 'Regulation' designation signifies a focus on precise performance tuning. The TRDS-R cartridges are among the lightest available due to a more compact design, which also enhances heat management. This improved thermal regulation addresses a common issue where gradual heat build-up can subtly alter suspension characteristics during a race, often unnoticed by the rider. The TRDS-R effectively evacuates this heat, ensuring consistent and reliable performance throughout an entire event. K-Tech’s proprietary Through Rod technology further contributes to precise tuning capabilities, offering riders and technicians clearer insights into the motorcycle's dynamic behavior for more accurate adjustments. Key adjustability features include 36 clicks of compression and 36 clicks of rebound adjustment, along with 18mm of spring preload adjustment. The system is supplied with one set of springs; however, tools for changing them must be ordered separately. A wide range of spring rates are available to suit various rider preferences and conditions. This technology has been proven at the highest levels of racing, including the British Superbike Championship and the Isle of Man TT.
