The Grannas Racing TUET18131 is a TREMEC T56 Magnum XL 6-speed manual transmission engineered for modern GM performance applications, particularly those with LS, LT, or other high-output engine platforms. This close-ratio transmission is ideal for GM-based performance projects, restomods, and custom builds where a manual transmission swap or upgrade is desired. Featuring a robust construction, the TUET18131 is built to handle the demands of high-RPM, high-torque driving environments, boasting a torque rating of 700 lb-ft and supporting shifts up to 7800 RPM. Its close-ratio gear set includes ratios of 1st: 2.66, 2nd: 1.78, 3rd: 1.30, 4th: 1.00, 5th: 0.80, and a fuel-saving 0.63 overdrive in 6th gear, with a 2.90 reverse gear. Designed with modern chassis compatibility in mind, the Magnum XL GM variant includes a rearward shifter location (over 8 inches farther back than standard Magnum) and a direct-mount shifter for a more connected feel, eliminating the sloppiness associated with semi-remote systems.
