Tri-Y Header Kit

The Doug Thorley THY-700Y-C is a complete Tri-Y header kit engineered to significantly boost the motor's output on your Suzuki Samurai. The Tri-Y, or 4-into-2-into-1, design inherently increases power across a wide RPM band. This kit is manufactured from T304 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to rust, unlike OE manifolds which are prone to cracking. Key specifications include a 4:2:1 Tri-Y header style, T304 stainless steel material, and a natural tubing finish with chrome-plated flanges. The primary tube diameter is 1-1/2", with a 14-gauge thickness. The collector attachment is a 3-bolt flange with a 2-1/4" diameter. This header is not tuned and features a 3/8" flange thickness. It includes all necessary bolts and studs, gaskets, and an adapter/reducer, but does not include a Y-pipe or catalytic converter. The kit is sold as a complete assembly. It carries a CARB E.O. #: D-540-5 and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. This header kit is specifically designed for the Suzuki Samurai with the 8-valve, 1.3L-1.6L engine, fitting models from 1984 to 1995.
