The Billy Boat FCOR-0655 is a Tri-Y long tube header system designed for the Chevy C7 Corvette Z06, including Grand Sport models from 2014-2019. Constructed from T-304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1 7/8" primary tubes and a 3" collector.

The Billy Boat FCOR-0655 is a performance Tri-Y long tube header system engineered for the 2014-2019 Chevy C7 Corvette Z06, Stingray, ZR1, and Grand Sport models. Crafted from the highest-grade T-304 stainless steel, these headers are mandrel bent to ensure optimal exhaust flow. They feature 1 7/8" diameter primary tubes that merge into a 3" collector, designed to enhance engine breathing and performance. These headers are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock equipment, simplifying installation. Billy Boat Performance Exhaust systems are hand-made and may require a 6-8 week build time.
