The Doug Thorley Headers THY-637Y-C is a complete header and Y-pipe kit engineered for the 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ equipped with the 4.7L V8 engine. This system features a 4:2:1 Tri-Y header design crafted from 14-gauge steel, finished with a silver ceramic coating for enhanced durability and appearance. The primary tubes measure 1-5/8" in diameter, leading to a 2-1/2" slip-fit collector. This kit aims to provide significant increases in power output and is presented as a superior alternative to the often crack-prone factory manifolds. It includes all necessary hardware, such as bolts and gaskets, and integrates a performance Y-pipe to route exhaust gases efficiently to the rest of the exhaust system.
