The Elephant Racing 2162203 is a triangulated strut brace kit designed to enhance chassis rigidity for a range of Porsche models. Constructed from oversized aluminum tubing, it offers a robust appearance while remaining lightweight. The brace features a durable frosted anodize finish on the tubing and CNC-machined billet aluminum clevis ends with a burgundy anodizing. For 78-89 models, drilling one hole is required for the triangulation option, while 66-77 models already have the necessary hole. The QuickChange™ system allows for quick removal and reconfiguration using quick-release pins, making service access or storage easier. This particular configuration, the Triangulated Brace, locks the strut towers more rigidly in place, which is crucial for maintaining precise camber settings even during high G-force cornering.
