ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed for maximum performance. They increase wheel travel and damping for outstanding vehicle control and ride quality. These systems feature high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry. The Stage 4 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs. Coilovers are adjustable for 3.5-4.5” of front lift, allowing larger wheel and tire combinations. Combined with ICON steering knuckles, this setup provides a 20% increase in wheel travel over other ICON F-150 kits. Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms add strength, durability, maintain factory alignment, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and accommodate extra lift. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks provide increased damping and heat dissipation. ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves offer independent adjustability for high and low-speed compression force with 10 detented settings each. ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow customization of rear spring rate and ride height, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating factory rear blocks. Rear ride height is maintained with ICON billet aluminum 1” lowering shackles.
