Trinity Intake Manifold

The Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) Trinity Intake Manifold is a premium performance upgrade crafted specifically for Gen III HEMI engines ranging from 5.7L to 6.4L. This all-American aluminum intake manifold is designed, cast, and machined in the USA, offering a balanced powerband ideal for naturally aspirated applications operating between 4500 and 7400 RPM, and also suits street performance, track use, and high-boost forced induction setups. Key features include mid-length runners averaging 6.5 inches, optimized for high-RPM power delivery. It utilizes a single injector configuration with high-flow -12AN fuel rails and bracketless mounting for a clean installation. The downward-tilted 102mm plenum opening is designed to maximize airflow with all HEMI throttle bodies, and it includes a billet adapter for factory 80mm throttle bodies, with direct fit for Hellcat 92mm and larger aftermarket throttle bodies. An integrated oil fill port with a -12 ORB billet fill cap and a positive crankcase ventilation (PVC) -12 ORB port are also included. This intake manifold is designed for direct bolt-on installation on a broad range of Gen III HEMI engines, including 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L variants. Compatibility extends to Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Challenger, Ram trucks, and Jeep Grand Cherokee models from 2002 through 2026. It generally fits under most factory hoods, though checking clearance is recommended. Some early pre-Eagle 2003–2008 truck engines may require customer-sourced head adapters to fit the 5.7/6.4 intake ports.
