The Morimoto Triple Row BangerBar Off-Road LED Light Bar is a customizable, high-performance lighting solution for the automotive aftermarket. As a leader in lighting upgrades since 2008, Morimoto continues its tradition with the BangerBar series, offering exceptional performance, reliability, and style. This bespoke product allows customers to configure power, color, length, and radius to their specific needs. Each BangerBar includes Morimoto's powerful BigBanger Pods, inner links, universal end-mounts, and all necessary assembly hardware. The series offers two performance tiers: the HXB series for maximum light output with spot beams exceeding half a million CD, and the more affordable NCS series, which still significantly outperforms many comparable aftermarket options. Both series share the same housing and optics. Designed for extensive adjustability, the light bar can be configured straight, curved, or with a straight center and angled outer edges using beefy, independently adjustable, CNC machined aluminum links. Its universal mounting capability makes it ideal for front bumpers, grilles, or roof racks. Morimoto prioritizes maximum light output, using LucidShape for optimal performance with modern, lumen-dense Nichia and Osram LEDs. Thermal dynamics are optimized with SolidWorks to manage high heat. The BangerBar includes a standard amber back-light feature with dual-intensity control integrated into the wire harness. Beam patterns include Combo (width and distance) and Spot (focused 5-degree hotspot for long-range visibility). Output colors available are white (maximum nighttime visibility), yellow (optimal for rain, snow, or fog), and a white/yellow combo option. Reliability is paramount, with BigBanger pods featuring a copper DTP PCB for maximized heat transfer, a radiator optimized through thermal analysis, and an electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance. All BangerBar hardware is CNC machined from solid aluminum with a dual-layer anodized finish for harsh off-road conditions. The included Morimoto Switched BangerBar Relay Harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-4S female outputs, and an M-Spec push-button switch with an Amber-LED backlight. The harness provides full control over the dual-intensity backlight and can manage all pods together or inner and outer pods independently.
