The CT Sounds TROPO-2X12D4 complete bass package simplifies audio system upgrades by integrating a high-performance subwoofer enclosure, a powerful monoblock amplifier, and a complete wiring kit. At the core of this package are two TROPO-12-D4 12-inch subwoofers, each boasting a 1300-watt max power rating. These subwoofers are pre-mounted into the TROPO-2X12D4 enclosure, which features a robust 1.25-inch thick MDF front baffle. The enclosure is constructed with a unique kerf-port design, engineered using Thiele/Small parameters and advanced software for optimal airspace and port area, ensuring peak performance and responsive bass. The interior of the port includes a 3-mm rabbet groove for a flush carpet installation and to minimize port noise, allowing for a smooth exit of air pressure and extreme bass output. Complementing the subwoofers is the CT-1500.1D monoblock amplifier, capable of delivering 1500 watts RMS at a 1-ohm load. This amplifier is matched to the enclosure's final impedance, which is pre-wired to 1 ohm, providing a potent and efficient power delivery. The included AMPKIT-4GA-ELITE wiring kit ensures a proper connection with 4-gauge Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) power and ground wires, along with OFC speaker wire, RCA cable, and remote wire, plus necessary accessories like terminals and grommets.
