Truck T4 Turbocharger Kit

The Huron Speed Truck T4 Kit is a comprehensive turbocharger system engineered for 1999-2013 GM Silverado and Sierra trucks. This V4 iteration offers significant updates over previous versions, focusing on enhanced fitment, functionality, and ease of installation. The kit is compatible with 2WD, 4WD, and AWD, 1500 and 2500 models. Key updates include a revised 2-piece crossover pipe with a double-slip connection for easier alignment and improved ground clearance, eliminating the need for a flex section. The cold-side piping has been redesigned for simplified routing around the radiator, fitting both classic and newer body styles seamlessly. This versatile cold-side is designed to work with both T4 and T6 hot-sides and accommodates various MAF sensor setups (Barrel, Card, or Speed Density with an external IAT sensor bung). Installation considerations include the potential need for minor modifications on 99-02 front ends around headlights and tight spaces. The system retains factory air conditioning, though minor massaging of the OEM hardline near the dryer might be required, or an optional custom A/C line can be added for better clearance. Intercooler and cold-side piping installation necessitates moving the transmission cooler, and minor trimming to the grill and bumper may be needed. A bracket is included to add a larger Tru-Cool transmission cooler. This kit is sold as a piping kit only and requires other essential components to run, such as a turbocharger, wastegate, blow-off valve, and fuel system upgrades, which are available as options. The kit includes stainless steel turbo logs and manifolds, a 3" stainless steel downpipe with wastegate recirculation and O2 sensor bungs, an aluminum cold-side, intercooler bracket, coolant overflow tank, and all necessary clamps, couplers, and hardware.
