The Xantrex TRUEcharge2 10A 24V Battery Charger (model 804-2410) is designed for marine and commercial applications worldwide. It features universal auto-ranging input voltage (90 Vac to 240 Vac, 47 to 63 Hz), allowing for use in most parts of the world. This charger offers a compact and lightweight design with Power Factor Corrected (PFC) charging, which requires less shore power and operates at peak efficiency. It utilizes a three-stage multistage charging algorithm (Bulk, Absorption, Float) to ensure optimal battery charging with minimal wear. The charger is microprocessor-controlled and can charge flooded, gel, AGM, or lead-calcium batteries. It includes a battery temperature sensor and offers circuit breaker protection, reverse battery polarity protection, drip-proof design, over-temperature protection, DC over-voltage protection, and battery overcharging protection. Mounting is possible in various orientations due to its drip-free design, and it has easy access to AC and DC wiring from one side.
