The Restomod Air 1970-72 Chevelle TruMOD is a custom air conditioning kit specifically designed for Chevrolet Chevelle models from 1970 to 1972, intended for vehicles with a smooth firewall. This kit is not a direct bolt-in and offers a customizable installation experience, allowing for tailored fitment. It integrates the Haymaker-S A/C system, which provides comprehensive climate control with A/C and heat, featuring infinite blending between dash, defrost, and floor air distribution. The Haymaker-S system is engineered with substantial, independent A/C and heat coils, ensuring superior cooling performance compared to systems with common block coils. The multi-mount design simplifies installation, requiring only template use, firewall drilling, and the included hardware for mounting. Restomod Air equips all its A/C systems with advanced technology, including built-in Bluetooth for wireless updates and mobile device control, Switch Technology for seamless switching between app, remote, and dash controls, and an optional ergonomic remote control for convenient operation without dash modifications.
