TS-825 2.9L Supercharger System

The ESS Tuning TS-825 Supercharger System is engineered for the Gen. 2 Audi R8 V10, aiming to deliver uncompromised performance. This complete kit utilizes a 2.9L Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger with a newly developed Gen. 4 rotorpack, known for increased efficiency and lower operating temperatures compared to previous generations. The system is designed to produce approximately 8 psi of boost, with the capability to reach upwards of 15 psi for future upgrades. The manifold plate assembly is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure a precise fit and seal, preventing warping under high heat and pressure. The pulleys are also crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum and equipped with SKF ceramic bearings for maximum performance and reliability. The kit includes a comprehensive set of components such as the supercharger, intake assembly, V10 manifold plate, hi-flow fuel rails, K&N air filters, high-flow Mass Airflow Sensor housings, NGK spark plugs, an intercooler system, and an ECU flash cable with software. This system is 100% bolt-on, requiring no cutting or permanent modifications to the vehicle. Installation is estimated to take 30-35 hours without engine removal, and professional installation is highly recommended due to the system's complexity.
