Description

The Texas Speed & Performance N/A Cleetus McFarland “Bald Eagle” LS3 Camshaft is engineered for LS3 engines utilizing rectangular port heads, specifically for naturally aspirated applications without a supercharger. This camshaft, made famous by Cleetus McFarland and his C5 Corvette “Leroy,” provides a noticeable chop at idle, distinguishing it from its boosted counterpart. The duration at .050″ is 229 degrees for the intake and 242 degrees for the exhaust. For automatic transmission-equipped vehicles, a minimum of a 2,800 RPM stall speed torque converter is required. Texas Speed & Performance recommends pairing this camshaft with their TSP dual spring kit, which includes PAC Racing polished dual valve springs, titanium retainers, spring seats, and valve seals for optimal performance and durability.
