The Texas Speed & Performance 25-TSPHemiSTG1 is a Stage 1 camshaft engineered for naturally aspirated Hemi engines. This performance camshaft offers specific lift and duration characteristics, with an intake duration of 214 degrees and exhaust duration of 222 degrees, both at .050 inch lift. The camshaft boasts a .582 inch lift on both intake and exhaust sides, paired with a 112 degree lobe separation angle plus 3 degrees advance. Installation of this camshaft requires specific supporting modifications. Notably, a DOD/AFM/MDS delete kit must be purchased separately, as it is a mandatory requirement for proper operation. Additionally, other components such as new valve springs and potentially a dyno tune are often recommended or required for optimal performance and engine health when installing a performance camshaft like this.
